path ahead won't be easy. They've chosen the hardest one of all—that
of the warrior. Which gladdens me.” A quick suck-in of breath. “But
they'll need an extra burst of heroism in order to disrupt his
ritual. They'll need a penultimate trial, one to follow the battle,
but one before the last. A magic that they'll know to direct.”
“How
will they know how to direct it?”
The
second speaker is looked upon with scorn.
Deep
below the sea, something from You's vision stirs. It is directly from
the dream; dreams have been powerful in this quest, and now they are
needed more than ever.
